If ultimately the ordered product not meet your expectations, the ordered product you can send within 8 days in the original, unopened and undamaged packaging, including original purchase receipt, on our return. You will get your purchase amount minus shipping and handling costs incurred to return.

Costs to be incurred for shipment of: orders, repairs, backorders and returned items are entirely borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Items specially ordered for you, and/or have to be custom made, must at all times be fully paid in advance and can not be returned.
